一、教学目标:
1.认知目标:
1)四会掌握词汇spring, summer, fall, winter
2)三会掌握词汇season, warm, cool, pick, snowmen
3)能听懂会说、会读:There are four seasons in a year.
They are spring, summer, fall and winter.
4)学生学会用英文对四季进行简单的描述。
2.能力目标:
1)掌握四个季节的单词及描述天气的单词。
2)会听、说、读本课句子,语音准确,语调自然。
3)会用英语表达对某个季节的喜好,并说出理由。
3.情感目标:
通过创新教学方法,引导学生积极参与课堂教学活动,提高学生学习英语的兴趣;结合学习内容,培养学生的表现力,养成学生用英语交际的的良好习惯。通过谈论季节,培养学生热爱大自然的良好情感态度。
二、教学重点:
1.掌握四季的单词spring, summer, fall, winter
2.能听说认读单词warm, hot, cool, cold
3.学习句子:There are four seasons in a year.
三、教学难点:
单词fall,cool的发音以及描述各季节特征的短语.
四、教具准备:多媒体课件、教学卡片和四季图片。
五、教学过程:
Step1.Warming up
1. Listen to a song < 画四季 >.
2. Greetings.
3. Sing a song How is the weather
Step2.Revision
1. Review some words: sunny, cloudy, rainy, snowy, hot ,cold.
2. Teach“ warm, cool”.
3. Say a chant and do the actions:
Sunny! Sunny! So sunny! Cloudy! Cloudy! So cloudy!
Rainy! Rainy! So rainy! Snowy! Snowy! So snowy!
Hot! Hot! Hot! Cold! Cold! Cold!
Cool! Cool! Cool! Warm! Warm! Warm!

(一)呈现课题
1. T:Boys and girls,你们还记得刚才我们听的那首中文儿歌吗?
引出课题“ Unit 7 The Seasons Lesson13”
2. Teach“season”.(操练)
3. 带读课题。
(二)课文教学
1.Teach“ There are four seasons in a year.”
l T:同学们,你们知道地球绕太阳转一圈是多长时间吗?(一年)
一年有几个季节?(四个季节)引出 four seasons 教学。
l 教授句子There are four seasons in a year.(操练)
2.Teacher says,“They are spring,summer,fall and winter.”(分组)
3.出示四季的图片并进行教学。
l Put four pictures of the seasons and some cards on the blackboard,then teach “spring, summer, fall, winter”“birds sing, trees turn green, go swimming, pick apples, make snowmen”.(逐图教授并操练)
(1) 出示春天图,教授spring,操练并板书。
l 在春天树变绿,鸟儿歌唱,引出birds sing, trees turn green 教学。
l T: Do you like spring? (学生回答)
T: I like spring. It’s warm. Birds sing and trees turn green in spring.
(2) 出示夏天图,教授summer,操练并板书。
l 在夏天,天气炎热,引出go swimming教学。
l T:Do you like summer? (学生回答)
T: I like summer. It’s hot. We can go swimming.
(3) 出示秋天图,教授fall,操练并板书。
l 秋天很凉爽,引出pick apples教学。
l T: Do you like fall? (学生回答)
T: I like fall. It’s cool. We pick apples in fall.
(4) 出示冬天图,教授winter,操练并板书。
l 冬天下雪,引出make snowmen教学。
l T: Do you like winter? (学生回答)
T: I like winter. It’s cold. We can make snowmen in winter.
Step4.Consolidation and practice
1. Watch VCD,then listen and repeat.
2. Say a chant:
Spring, spring, spring, it's warm and rainy.
Summer, summer, summer, it's hot and sunny.
Fall, fall, fall, it's cool and cloudy.
Winter, winter, winter, it's cold and snowy.
3. Game:分类游戏。

1. 听课文录音(Lesson 13)并跟读5遍,家长签字。

4.以季节为题,像朗读诗歌那样有感情的读整篇课文,看看谁读得最棒。
